Oyster and/or pioppino mushrooms

Great with grilled peppers, tomatoes, tofu and other veggies!
Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat (around 375°F to 400°F).
Pull clusters apart to separate any large caps (keep small clusters together)
Season the Mushrooms: Brush or toss the mushrooms with olive oil. Season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. You can also add fresh or dried herbs like thyme or rosemary.
Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely browned.
Serve as a side dish, or chop and add to salads, pasta, or other grilled proteins like steak, fish, or tofu.
